Spring is almost here! Join Krystal Meyer, LMT and CYT, for a three part Yoga series to usher in Spring! Each class will focus on different areas of the body to help support posture, breath, and general well-being. Mindfulness and gentle breath work will be woven through the series, with inspiration from the changing of the seasons. All experience levels are welcome!
