So what's the big deal about Fitness these days? I think the big deal is just having it in the first place. A good place to start is a walk, exercise, or picking up a new hobby.
There are a million things you could do fitness-wise for a resolution and there’s a lot of information out there about what to choose. As the VWS fitness expert, I can help you dig through all the trends, but I think ultimately what you want to do is just feel better. And thankfully being better goes along with feeling better.
So our 2019 goal is to just feel better. This means prioritizing you! Most of the time we're thinking about somebody else, be it our partners, kids, or jobs. There’s always something that gets in the way of you taking care of you.
