INTENTIONS ARE PERSONAL and need to be written out and made clear, so that we know where we are headed. They allow us to FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS and identify what actions we need to take in our day to achieve our healthiest self.
We know that we are capable of creating positive change in our health. We know that the mind-body-spirit connection has to be tuned into in order to keep feeling our best. By regularly reflecting back on what is working and what we still need to work on, we can correct our aim and add in additional support if things are challenging us.
Reflecting on the ways to deepen our self-love and self-care can allow us to foster growth in the new year. I get excited at the opportunity for creating more positive change this year.
