Come as you are, all are welcome! We will spend and intentional 30 minutes giving our mind/body a break for the day. If you are new to meditation, great! If you have been practicing for years, great! There is no right or wrong way… the only rule is to kick off your shoes and take some quiet time for yourself, and we will be there to guide you.
