This upbeat class is designed for all ages, and for people with any experience level in Zumba. The class will always begin with a warmup, and include at least one routine from each of the basic Zumba foundations (Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, and Reggaeton). Finally, we will end with a cool down and stretch. Be prepared to sweat, and bring a water bottle and towel if you want!
About the instructor:
Jessica is a certified Zumba Instructor since March 2016. She is focused on how exercise can benefit a persons mental health and wellbeing through the use of neurotransmitters in the brain. She is interested in helping others cope with stress, anxiety, depression, aging, hormones, and attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD) through aerobic exercise and fitness.
Jessica has worked with ages ranging from 11-50 years old through a class she started at a local school. She enjoys watching others grow through finding an aerobic exercise that works for them. She has also had training in the field of dance, including modern, contemporary, jazz, swing, ballet, lyrical, and musical theatre.
