Get your heart pumping and your blood moving in our Vinyasa class, facilitated by Sydney. This class will focus on building both your strength and flexibility. Vinyasa yoga will bring warmth to the body, mobilize the joints and get your energy flowing. For the last 15 minutes of class we will cool the body down with a restorative flow to help you release the stress of your day, relax the muscles, and calm the mind. Welcome to all levels.
