Come join us for an educational hour!

This workshop will help you gain new skills for lessening tension and inflammation while improving your digestion. Using movement and nutrition as your tools, learn to improve your back and your belly + explore how what you eat affects your pain.

Learn how a balance between tension and relaxation can help you maximize your strength while minimizing low back and belly complaints.

Practice movement sequences and exercises designed to help you rest and digest.

Includes light snacks and tea for a happy belly.
