Learning the routines that improve your sleep means more than just getting to bed early enough to get 8 hours of sleep each night. We have a whole class devoted to sleep because it is SO important to discuss the key factors involved in improving our performance.
We will be starting with addressing the 4 layers of optimizing our circadian rhythm: light, temperature, movement and nutrition. We will then cover 15 (or more) habits that can help to maximize your sleep, and also the amount of rest and rejuvenation your body is actually getting.
You will leave class with many powerful new strategies to improve your zzz's, prevent disease, and enhance your energy levels!
