Vancouver Wellness Studio is open to receiving applications for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team. We are a trauma informed team that values diversity and inclusion, providing the highest quality care to our community.
This is a W-2 position for afternoon/evenings, and Saturdays. We offer our Massage Therapists many perks including: PTO, Continuing Education, paid admin time, front desk admin assistance for client scheduling, top of the line scheduling and SOAP charting software, discounts on services and products as well as commission on products sold. Our LMT’s determine break time between sessions and max number of sessions per day. In addition we support our massage therapists with a Hydraulic Massage Table, on site laundry assistance, Hot Hydrotherapy, organic massage oil, essential oils.
Housekeeping
Vancouver Wellness Studio is open to receiving applications for a Housekeeper to support both our Franklin St. and Waterfront Spa location. The Housekeeper will spend 20-40 hours per week between both locations. The Housekeeper will be eligible for Health Benefits (with a full time position), a free monthly service and discounts. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of duties including cleaning and laundry. Housekeeping tasks will be determined by the office managers at each location.
Acupuncture
Vancouver Wellness Studio is open to receiving applications for a Licensed Acupuncturist to join our Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team. We are a trauma informed team that values diversity and inclusion, providing the highest quality care to our community.
This is a W-2 position. We offer our Acupuncturists many perks including: Health Benefits (for full-time employees), Continuing Education, paid admin time, front desk admin assistance for client scheduling, top of the line scheduling and SOAP charting software, discounts on services and products as well as commission on products sold. Our Acupuncturists determine break time between sessions and max number of sessions per day.
Our Acupuncturists utilize history taking, comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and individualized treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes and achievement of health goals. Acupuncturists will be trained to provide multiple modalities for treatment including: acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy, cupping, moxibustion and gua sha. Opportunities to advance or learn new skills such as, trigger point injections, cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling can be provided. Coordination of care takes place between providers in a multi-modality clinic.

Our Naturopathic Physicians provide comprehensive naturopathic medical care in a direct primary care model. Utilization of history taking, physical exam, conventional and functional lab assessment to ascertain working diagnosis and treatment plan. Follow up visits at regular intervals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and achievement of health goals. Coordination of care takes place between providers in a multi-modality clinic. Opportunities to advance or learn new skills such as Nutritional IV Therapy and injections.

Marketing Coordinator

Nutritionist

Our Functional Nutritionists and Registered Dieticians provide collaborative assessments including evaluating Core Pillars of health, lifestyle factors, and history to determine treatment plan and approach with clients. Health Coach
Vancouver Wellness Studio is open to receiving applications for a Health Coach to join our Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team. We are a trauma informed team that values diversity and inclusion, providing the highest quality care to our community.
Our Functional Health and Wellness Coaches work collaboratively with their clients to provide an assessment of needs and to establish obtainable goals. Ability to provide community workshops, groups or presentations in our large studio. Inner office referrals including multi-disciplinary packages with Health Coaching is provided. Our Health Coaches are part of a multidisciplinary team that focuses on coordinated care.
MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR intern
Vancouver Wellness Studio is open to receiving applications for a Mental Health Counselor Intern to join our Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team. We are a trauma informed team that values diversity and inclusion, providing the highest quality care to our community.
Our Mental Health Counselor Intern provides face to face therapy as well as other clinical tasks. They assist in screening new clients and participate in our multidisciplinary team meetings. They are introduced to a variety of trauma informed clinical approaches that support deep healing including; mindfulness, somatic therapy, EMDR, DBT, expressive arts/movement and parts work. They receive not only high-quality clinical support but also learn the importance of mind body approaches for mental health and wellness.
Patient Care Coordinator
Vancouver Wellness Studio is open to receiving applications for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team. We are a trauma informed team that values diversity and inclusion, providing the highest quality care to our community.
Our Patient Care Coordinator supports our patients/clients in navigating services offered at VWS. They oversee our Holistic Care Plans (HCP’s) by collecting medical and mental health information, review medical/mental health information with our multidisciplinary team and assisting in the development of treatment plan recommendations. They assist patients in understanding their HCP treatment recommendations and help patients to successfully navigate their care plan. They act as a liaison with the multidisciplinary team and assist with communication regarding the Holistic Care Plans and monitor progress towards goals. They act as a VWS liaison in the community by providing information about our services and generating referrals from other wellness practitioners and organizations.
VWS is open to receiving application from an experienced nutrient IV technician to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has excellent an bedside manner, is well-versed in administering IVs and injections, and is attentive to each client’s needs and physical condition. If you’re passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience and are looking for a positive, slower-paced, fun work environment, we highly encourage you to apply. Hours: Flexible Part-time. 4-hour shifts. Fridays & Saturdays 10a-2p and/or 3p-7p. Can expand to weeknights as well.
*Compensation is competitive - base hourly pay plus commission per IV or injection.
