Are you ready to unrestrict the restrictions and unkink the kinks to get positive energy and information moving throughout your body? Allie Moscarelli is a seasoned yoga instructor whose education and training is geared toward patients of medical providers and new yoga students for the purpose of restoring the normal function of nerves and muscles. Get personalized attention to correct alignment problems for moving out of a pain state due to chronic medical conditions or injuries in a small group setting. Whether you are graduating from physical therapy or you are a fitness enthusiast interested in optimizing your technique in your fitness routine, you will learn concrete techniques and a proven method. Includes re-education in movement, balance, coordination, kinesthetic sense, posture, and proprioception.
