Telehealth Mental Health Therapy For Adults

Caring for your mental health is every bit as important as caring for your physical health—and the two are closely connected. Our telehealth therapy offers a warm, collaborative, and client-centered space where adults can work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, imposter syndrome, and life transitions from the comfort of home. Sessions are personalized and may include a blend of evidence-based approaches such as EMDR therapy online, mindfulness, self-compassion work, and somatic (mind-body) methods—alongside talk therapy.

Our team is trauma-informed and trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is widely recognized as an effective, evidence-based treatment for PTSD and trauma-related symptoms. Through secure telehealth EMDR, clients can process overwhelming life events that contribute to chronic stress and emotional distress, often noticing meaningful progress within a relatively short period of time.
